EXHIBIT M <br /> Other Permits and Licenses <br /> The operator either currently has or will obtain: <br /> ■ Adams County Use by Special Review Permit—AI will apply to Adams County for a Conditional Use Permit for <br /> Gravel mining. The Conditional Use Permit will be obtained prior to operations. <br /> ■ Adams County Floodplain Use Permit—Al will apply to Adams County for a Floodplain Use Permit concurrent <br /> with the Conditional Use Permit. <br /> ■ Adams County Erosion and Sediment Control Plan -Al will apply to Adams County for an Erosion and Sediment <br /> Control Plan concurrent with the Conditional Use Permit. <br /> ■ Adams County Conservation Plan Permit-Al will apply to Adams County for Conservation Plan Permit <br /> concurrent with the Conditional Use Permit. <br /> ■ CDOT Access Permit—Al will apply for the CDOY Access Control Permit Concurrent with the Adams County <br /> Conditional Use Permit. Material Hauling traffic from Phase 1 will not access the State Highway until the <br /> requires permits are obtained from CDOT. <br /> ■ Well Permit and Substitute Water Supply Plan, Colorado State Engineer's Office—A Substitute Water Supply <br /> Plan and well permit have been obtained from State Engineer's Office. <br /> ■ APEN, Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment Air Pollution Emission Notification Permit— <br /> Permit has been obtained. <br /> ■ CDPS, Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment Colorado Discharge Permit System Permit— <br /> Permits will be obtained prior to operations. <br /> ■ Adams County Road Access Permit—Permit will be obtained prior to transporting material onto Adams County <br /> roads. <br /> ■ Adams County work in the ROW Permit- Permit will be obtained prior to any required work within Adams County <br /> road right of ways. <br /> ■ US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Section 404 Permit—Appropriate USACE Section 404 permit will be <br /> obtained if the applicant disturbs jurisdictional wetlands <br /> Tucson South Resource 112 Permit Amendment <br /> Page M-1 <br />
