This memo is a <br /> continuation from my first interoffice memo regarding King's TR-27 to ensure all <br /> comments were addressed as well as ensuring the new provided information meets the <br /> Rules and Regulations. <br /> 2.05.3 —Operation Plan—Permit Area <br /> 2.05.3(8) - Coal Mine Waste and Non-Coal Processing Waste <br /> After reviewing King's proposed Section 2.05.3,page 2A (see GCC Response #1), all <br /> information required has been provided. No additional comment. <br /> 4.03 - Roads <br /> 4.03.1 -Haul Roads <br /> Map King I-007B has been updated to show the profile of the upper portion of the current <br /> haul road as well as Map King I-007 being updated to show the corresponding transect <br /> (see GCC Response #15). No additional comment. <br /> All other information required under this these rules have been met. <br /> 4.10 - Coal Mine Waste Banks <br /> 4.10.1 —General Requirements <br /> Per 4.10.1(1)(a), coal mine waste banks must be constructed in accordance to 4.09.1 and <br /> 4.09.2. <br /> • 4.09—Disposal of Excess Spoil <br /> 4.09.1 —General Requirements <br /> All information required under these rules have been met. <br />
