NEWMONT <br /> GOLDCORR <br /> 2) Information technology towers and foundations (cost calculated utilizing facility-related <br /> demolition in the most recent published version of RS Means and minor earthwork tasks <br /> in the most current version of the SRCE); <br /> 3) New administrative buildings and expansions of said buildings (cost calculated utilizing <br /> facility-related demolition in the most recent published version of RS Means and minor <br /> earthwork tasks in the most current version of the SRCE); <br /> 4) New parking lots, ready lines and expansions of such (cost calculated utilizing minor <br /> earthwork tasks in the most current version of the SRCE). <br /> 5) Topsoil stockpile moves and accounting (cost calculated utilizing the most current <br /> version of SRCE). All topsoil management will continue to be managed in accordance <br /> with Hard Rock Rule (Rule) 3.1.9 and any other requirements within the Rule(s). All <br /> moves and accounting changes relating to topsoil will be submitted as an addendum <br /> letter to this TR; including changes and minor impacts to financial warranty accounting. <br /> Additionally, all accounting and other pertinent information for stockpiles will be <br /> submitted in CC&V's annual report. <br /> The SRCE software is a tool used to generate costs to execute reclamation and closure for <br /> mining activities. It was developed as a cooperative effort between the mining industry and <br /> several regulatory agencies (U.S. Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management, and the <br /> Nevada Division of Environmental Protection, Bureau of Mining Regulation and Reclamation <br /> (NDEP) in order to facilitate accuracy, completeness and consistency in the calculation of costs <br /> for mine site closure and reclamation. <br /> CC&V will coordinate with DRMS to determine applicability of this TR against minor impacts not <br /> explicitly identified above. Formal notification of proposed changes consistent with this TR will <br /> be provided to the DRMS. Included in the notification will be a general project description and <br /> documentation that no new or modifications to existing Environmental Protection Facilities will <br /> be implemented under this TR and notification process. <br /> Other Permits and Licenses: <br /> As appropriate, applications for permits or licenses for each notification letter will be submitted <br /> to Teller County and any other relevant regulatory agencies. <br /> Implementation Schedule: <br /> Pending DRMS approval of this TR (to be valid for five years from the date of approval), CC&V <br /> will implement the proposed changes after submittal of the formal change notification letter <br /> (submitted as addendums to this TR), unless expressly denied by DRMS. Notification changes <br /> will consist of a written letter delivered to DRMS both electronically and via mail, and will not be <br /> subject to the 30 day decision process for technical revisions. <br /> Financial Warranty: <br /> CC&V will account for any minor impacts to the $1,290,722 surplus financial warranty <br /> provided/identified in this TR request via the letter notification, as addendums to this TR, to <br />
