Box 1430 <br /> Palisade, CO 81526 <br /> RE: Roadside Portals Mine, Permit No. C-1981-041 <br /> 2018 Annual Hydrology Report <br /> Dear Tonya, <br /> The Division received the 2018 Annual Hydrology Report (AHR) on March 11, 2019. <br /> Thank you for your timely submittal. The Division finds the 2018 AHR to be in <br /> compliance with the following Rules: <br /> Rule 4.05.13(4)(a)—The data collected for the 2017 AHR is kept and maintained with <br /> Tonya Hammond at the office of J. E. Stover and Associates in Grand Junction, <br /> Colorado. <br /> Rule 4.05.13(4)(b) —The 2018 AHR is compiled from the analysis of hydrologic data <br /> collected from the monitoring period of October 1, 2017 to September 30, 2018. <br /> Rule 4.05.13(c)(i), (ii), (iii)—The 2018 AHR was submitted to the Division by the <br /> determined date on which the permittee and the Division agreed to.
