(Tri-State), is the parent company to <br /> Axial Basin Coal Company, which is the general partner to Colowyo Coal Company L.P. (Colowyo). <br /> Therefore,Tri-State on behalf of Colowyo is submitting two (2)copies of SL-16. <br /> Under SL-16, Colowyo is applying for Phase I bond release on approximately 3 acres, Phase 11 <br /> bond release on approximately 83 acres within the East, Section 16, and South Taylor Pits, and Phase III <br /> bond release on approximately 5 acres that are permanent structures. Colowyo requests that the Division <br /> calculate the reduction in bond liability for the acres applied for under this cover.
