Per a follow-up call between your office and Black Mountain's <br /> consulting personnel, the permit boundary acreage was changed to indicate 2,215.59 acres,to clarify <br /> lands which Black Mountain legally has access to and to fully satisfy the requirements of Rule 1.1(3). <br /> However,the affected lands acreage of-1,796 was not changed. A mapping oversight did not include <br /> the entire access road in the affected lands boundary on the maps and exhibits only; it was already <br /> included in the affected lands calculated acreage. <br /> Included in this enclosure package are the following items: <br /> • Revised Page 1 of the Application Form, indicating the permit boundary acreage of 2,215.59 <br /> acres to clarify lands owned by Black Mountain and satisfy Rule 1.1(3) <br /> • Revised Page 3 of Exhibit A with modified language to clarify that the permit boundary acreage <br /> is 2,215.59 acres and the affected lands acreage is 1,796 acres <br /> • Revised Maps for Exhibit B and C, with a modified affected lands boundary to include the entire <br /> access road from County Road 91 to the site and modified language on Exhibit C1 to clarify the <br /> affected lands acreage <br /> • Revised Page 1 of Exhibit D to clarify that the permit boundary acreage is 2,215.59 acres and the <br /> affected lands acreage is 1,796 acres <br /> • Revised Figures D3 and D4 of Exhibit D (pages 8-9)to include the entire access road from County <br /> Road 91 to the site <br /> • Revised Exhibit D1 of Exhibit D to include the entire access road from County Road 91 to the site <br /> • Revised Page 1 of Exhibit E to clarify that the permit boundary acreage is 2,215.59 acres and the <br /> affected lands acreage is 1,796 acres <br /> • Revised Figure E1 of Exhibit E (page 6) to include the entire access road from County Road 91 to <br /> the site <br /> • Revised Exhibit F to include the entire access road from County Road 91 to the site. <br /> All of the revised pages have been marked to indicate a revision, either in the header of the page or in <br /> the Rev. description of the maps and exhibits. <br /> A copy of these revised pages, minus any confidential Exhibits, were provided to the Weld County Clerk <br /> & Recorder's Office on June 26, 2019. A copy of the proof of delivery receipt is attached. <br />
