number M-2t)19-031 . I have reviewed Atlas Mininc, an
Reclamation LLC's permit application and I believe the
protections they have proposed to prevent acid mine drainage
and Lroundwater discharges are adequate and I support their
opening and operating the Von Doose Mine as proposed.
