Pursuant to Rule 9 of the Uniform Local Rules for all State Water Court Divisions, <br /> upon the sale or transfer of any conditional water right, the transferee shall file with the Clerk of <br /> this Court a notice of transfer which shall state: a) the title and case number of the case under <br /> which the conditional decree was issued; b) the description of the conditional water right <br /> transferred; c) the name of the transferor; d) the name and address of the transferee; and e) a true <br /> and correct copy of the recorded deed. Further, the owner of this conditional water right shall <br /> notify the Clerk of this Court of any change in mailing address. The Clerk of this Court shall <br /> place any notice of transfer or change of address in this case file, and in the case file in which this <br /> Court first made a finding of reasonable diligence. <br /> 39. Copies of Decree.
