Borrow materials were removed and from an area 110'x30' from 0-3' in depth.
Slopes were regraded to 3:1 or flatter and until they were deemed stabile by Geotechnical engineer.
• Location 2: is the middle adjacent to the Mary Ann Sink Trust"Western Fence"in an area 100'x30'
varying in depth from 0-3' Slopes were re-contoured to a 3:1 or flatter and until they were deemed
stabile by Geotechnical engineer.
• Location 3: is the North Western location and is approximately 130'x180' varying in depth from
04'. Slopes were re-contoured to a 3:1 or flatter and until they were deemed stabile by
Geotechnical engineer.
• Existing drainage was not modified, and all flows remain directed to same drainage pattern pre-
mining.
• No changes or modifications were made to increase or influence existing hydrology. The surface
area of accumulation remains the same as pre-mining operations.
6.3.3 (g)
• See mining exhibit for existing roads
• No improvements
• Access to the permitted site was an existing, ungraded dirt road varying in width from 12' — 16'
with wheel ruts up to 6" No improvements or modifications were made to the existing road within
permitted boundries
6.3.3 (h)
• No water uses
6.3.3 (i)
• N/A no groundwater
• The borrow locations were graded to direct surface drainage and flow to existing ditches where all
water previously flowed. The ditch will be protected with a sediment pond to allow sediment to be
maintained within the permitted limits
6.3.3 0)
• N/A
6.3.3 (k)
• None
6.3.3 (1)
• Grading was and will be re-established to concentrate any runoff or flow from mining operations
to a centralized sediment pond that will be approximately 15' across with a sediment ponding area
in excess of 25'x20'x4' developed from onsite earthen materials and straw logs.
