No run-off or <br /> flow has been present in the last 13 months. Some minor build-up from surface hydraulics occurs from <br /> natural slopes, which are not created by mining operations, but is contained in sediment basin/trap at the <br /> head of the existing drainage as shown. <br /> • No water sources in area. <br /> • No drainage areas impacted <br /> Pre-Law and historical mining conditions were present through the entire permitted site,leaving an existing <br /> flattened terrain,absent a designed drainage path,or any revegetation efforts. The existing site had vertical <br /> or steepened cut slopes from pre-law mining conditions, filled with weeds and absent any regrowth of <br /> desirable vegetation. The site appeared to have been abandoned absent any re-contour grading or <br /> consideration of slope stability, Natural repose of insitu materials is present on all existing slopes. Auto <br /> and construction equipment from landowner with trash piles and local debris were present at the site. <br /> 6.3.2 (d) <br /> • N/A <br /> Rivers <br /> • Colorado River is greater than 900' from re-claim areas <br /> 6.3.3 (a) Exhibit C <br /> • SCHEDULE OF OPERATIONS <br /> Five days excavation took place From March 12— 16` ,2018. <br /> Revegetation will take place during October seeding periods 2019 <br /> 6.3.3 (b) <br /> • No Topsoil present at the site.No topsoil was stripped,and the materials remain consistent with <br /> the borrow materials and will be seeded to facilitate natural seed mix growth. <br /> 6.3.3 (c) <br /> • No overburden, no stockpiles <br /> 8 DuCray Property-2018 <br />
