Post mine gradients will be no steeper <br /> than 3H:IV. <br /> (3)(b) Vegetation will be established on all affected areas. No shrubs or trees. <br /> (3)(c) No ponds are part of the reclamation plan nor shallow areas for wildlife. <br /> (3)(d) The average thickness of replaced overburden is approximately 2 feet by reclamation <br /> phase. <br /> (3)(e) Average thickness of replaced topsoil is approximately 8 inches by reclamation phase. <br />
