The <br /> attached map shows landowners (Attachment 13) <br /> 1) Leisure Farms Inc. <br /> 2) Kern Farms LP <br /> 3) Darrel E Aldrich Turst & Darrel E Aldrich Trustee <br /> 4) Karen K Furst <br /> 5) Gregory J & Linda C Roth <br /> 6) Jeanette Parks& Melvin Fry Jr. <br /> (2)(c) Stockpiled material will be against the creek on the west side of the permit area. Access <br /> road is off County Road U. <br /> (2)(d) Mining will commence from north to south. <br /> (2)(e) No permanent man-made structures within 200 feet of the affected area. <br /> (2)(f) No existing disturbances within or adjacent to the permit boundary. There will be no <br /> re-disturbance of a previously disturbed area. <br /> (3) Reclamation Plan Map (Exhibit E Attachment A) <br /> (3)(a) Permit boundary is gently sloping. Post mine gradients will be no steeper <br /> than 3H:IV. <br /> (3)(b) Vegetation will be established on all affected areas.No shrubs or trees. <br /> (3)(c) No ponds are part of the reclamation plan nor shallow areas for wildlife. <br /> (3)(d) The average thickness of replaced overburden is approximately 2 feet by reclamation <br /> phase. <br /> (3)(e) Average thickness of replaced topsoil is approximately 8 inches by reclamation phase. <br />
