The proposed modification <br /> to the LMU will: (1) add 310 acres of the Wolf Creek Seam(80 surface acres) in Federal Coal <br /> Lease C0054608, (2) remove all lands in Federal Coal Lease COC20900, and (3) remove all <br /> lands in the H.B.B. Foundation Fee Coal Lease (formerly the Tieken Fee Coal Lease). The <br /> modified LMU will consist of three federal coal leases and one state coal lease located in Routt <br /> County, Colorado. <br /> Under 43 CFR 3481.2(b), a Notice of Availability for any proposed modification to an LMU <br /> must be sent to appropriate federal and state agencies for review and comment.
