Its <br />approximate location is shown on Figure 1 with a red arrow. <br /> <br />SLIDES and DAMAGE - Rule 4.12: <br /> There appeared to be a small landslide on the reclaimed pad E4-11. It was difficult to inspect closely since <br />the Dry Fork Creek was quite high. (See Figure 27) <br /> <br />SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br /> Seismic equipment was installed on the edge of the 23-06 pad. The Division understands that this is a <br />permanent installation, owned by NIOSH, with the agreement of the USFS.
