Since the area which the Terror Creek Loadout facilities occupies encompasses a <br />very small aerial extent, only samples of existing soils have been analyzed. The <br />laboratory which conducted the soils analyses utilized both EPA and, USGS <br />approved methods of analyses as required by the Division. <br />As with any mining operation, despite its particular size, a tremendous effort by <br />many technical and professional personnel has been put forth in preparation of the <br />information included within this application. Time, expense and many manhours <br />have been devoted to the collection, analysis, and organization of the technical data <br />submitted in this permit application.
