I have the following comments: <br /> The values in the line “Acreage in Active Mining Areas” should all be zeroes. As described in <br />the directions for the new ARR form, this category is only applicable to surface mines with pits <br />and spoil piles. <br /> It appears that some of the acres in “Permanent Facilities” should be moved to “Non-Permanent <br />Facilities.” Please check your reclamation plan and edit the 2018 form accordingly. (Note that <br />the distinction between permanent and non-permanent facilities is new with the 2018 ARR form.) <br />It is my understanding that most of the areas within the disturbance boundary for King I and King <br />II will be reclaimed in the future, with some exceptions (e.g., the road at King I is an exception). <br /> <br />Please respond to my comments at your earliest convenience.
