The <br />Division’s comments and questions are below, with items that need to be addressed highlighted in bold <br />type. <br /> <br />Rule 2.10 – Maps and Plans <br />1. The map submitted with the application shows the location of MVB pads and roads, overlain on <br />a basemap with layers for contour lines (at 100 foot intervals), stream channels and existing <br />roads. It would be helpful if another layer could be added to the map, for example, projected <br />section lines, that would allow the map to be quickly, unambiguously and accurately <br />georeferenced. <br /> <br />Please revise the MR-434 – As-Built & Approved MVB Pads & Roads map to include a layer <br />showing projected section lines. <br /> <br />The proposed decision due date for MR-434 is June 7, 2019. <br /> <br />Yours sincerely, <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Leigh Simmons <br />Environmental Protection Specialist
