6.3.2 Exhibit B <br /> Site Description <br /> Fremont Paving and Redi Mix, Inc. (Fremont) is applying for a Construction Material Special <br /> (111) Operation Reclamation Permit to harvest borrow for construction material on 7.8 acres <br /> located 3 miles east of Howard, Colorado at 12426 US Highway 50 and is owned by Darren D. <br /> and Donna L Buss. The property is located in the NW 1/4 of Section 18, Township 48, Range 11 <br /> East, County of Fremont, State of Colorado. <br /> The current zoning of the property is Grazing Land. Adjoining property is zoned Grazing Land, <br /> Single Family Residential, and Meadow Hay Land. The post-reclamation land use will be <br /> Grazing Land. The Fremont County Parcel viewer is attached for review. <br /> The project entrance is approximately 3 miles east of Howard, Colorado Highway 50. There are <br /> three man-made structures on the property, corals owned by the landowner, power lines owned <br /> by Sangre de Cristo Electric and a telephone line owned by CenturyLink. A structure agreement <br /> is attached to section 6.3.12 Exhibit L for the corals. <br /> Water resources include the Arkansas River, which is located on the other side of Highway 50 <br /> and is approximately 0.25 miles to the north. Stormwater will not leave the site due to site <br /> conditions and mining practices. Stormwater will accumulate onsite and dissipate in less than 72 <br /> hours. It is not anticipated that water will be intercepted at the site <br /> Attached is the Division of Water Resources' information regarding Well Permit 11376 and <br /> 1208054. A site inspection shows that 11376 is not visible and appears to not exist, while <br /> 1208054 appears to have incorrect GPS information and from the inspection appears to be <br /> outside of the permit boundary. Additionally, a structure at this site is was not found during the <br /> inspection. <br /> Vegetation on the property consists of stunted Juniper, Pinyon-Pine and native range pasture. <br />
