The CSC Keenesburg Project will not utilize explosives. The material to be mined is an unconsolidated eolian sand
deposit; all material extraction will be accomplished via hydraulic excavator and/or front end loader.
Since blasting will not be employed at the Keenesburg Project and there is,therefore,no potential for off-site areas
to be adversely affected by blasting, this Limited Impact 110 Application is exempt the requirement to prepare a
Geotechnical Stability Exhibit,pursuant to Subsection 6.5(4) of the Rules.
