Review of the Tampa and <br /> Klug Ranch, Colorado United States Geological Survey (USGS) 7.5-minute Topographic Quadrangle <br /> (Appendix A, Figure 1), shows an elevation between 4,950 — 4, 600 feet above mean sea level. Drainage <br /> from the project area generally flows north from the site. <br /> 4.2 Soil Survey <br /> Mapping depicting soil unit boundaries within the project area is provided in Appendix A, Figure 3. A U.S. <br /> Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resources Conservation Service Custom Soil Resource Report <br /> is provided in Appendix E.A summary of the mapped soils is also provided in Table 4.1. Most of the project <br /> area consisted of sandy soils, although Loup-Boel loamy sands, 0-3% slopes occur in swales and <br /> drainageways in landform settings and are mapped within the drainage running through the east portion <br /> of Section 12.
