May 21, 2019 <br /> Mr.Jared Ebert <br /> Environmental Protection Specialist <br /> Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety(DRMS) <br /> 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215 <br /> Denver, CO 80203 <br /> Subject: Engineering Evaluation for Borrow Site for Bennett Crossing—Parcel 2 <br /> Dear Mr. Ebert <br /> The purpose of this letter is to address DRMS Rule 6.3.12 regarding any adverse effects <br /> the mining operation might have on the stability of any structures located within 200 feet <br /> of the affected land. <br /> The Borrow Site for Bennett Crossing project is excavating no greater than 5.1 feet with an <br /> average depth of 0.8 feet of excavation across the site.
