EXHIBIT D -Reclamation Plan <br /> Rule 6.3.4 <br /> The purpose of the Reclamation Plan is to describe the timing, procedures, criteria and materials that will <br /> be used to reclaim the affected land to the proposed future land use. This plan must be correlated to <br /> Exhibit E -Map. <br /> 1) Primary future (Post-mining)land use(check one): <br /> F Cropland(CR) _a Pastureland (PL) General Agriculture (GA) <br /> F Rangeland (RL) Forestry (FR) Wildlife Habitat(WL) ** <br /> F Residential (RS) Recreation (RC) Industrial/Commercial (IC) <br /> F Developed Water Resource (WR) <br /> **Note: The Colorado Parks & Wildlife (CPW) must be consulted where wildlife use is the <br /> proposed future land use. <br /> 2) Please provide a general description of how the mined area will be reclaimed: <br /> The disturbed areas will be reestablished with the topsoil removed from and stockpiled at the <br /> borrow site, with uniform vegetative cover reestablished at a minimum density of 70% of pre- <br /> disturbance levels. There will be no processing or use of chemicals at the site, or holes or pits <br /> at the site.
