EXHIBIT C -Mining Plan <br /> Rule 6.3.3 <br /> The purpose of the mining plan is to describe how mining will affect the permit area for the duration of <br /> the operation. <br /> 1) Estimated dates of commencement: June 2019 and completion: December 2019 <br /> Note: Reclamation of all affected lands shall be completed within 12 months after issuance of the <br /> permit. An Operator possessing a I I I(1)(b) Reclamation Permit must convert to the appropriate <br /> regular construction materials permit if extraction and export of materials from the site are not <br /> completed within 12 months after the issuance of the permit. <br /> 2) Depth of topsoil to be salvaged (check one): <br /> v x 4-6 inches F✓ 6-8 inches <br /> My 8-10 inches _F.-I_10-12 inches <br /> F.,j_Other: <br /> M N/A, explain: 6 to 8 inches <br /> 3) Description of how topsoil will be stockpiled and stabilized: <br /> Topsoil will be stockpiled using earthmoving equipment. It is intended that topsoil will be <br /> restored within 6 weeks of removal. Topsoil may be be temporarily seeded and mulched. <br /> 4) Thickness of overburden needed to be moved: One to three feet or N/A <br /> 5) Thickness of deposit to be mined: average of 8'/max 5' feet <br /> 6) How will the mine be accessed: CE) existing roads (Lb new roads will be created <br /> a.
