Exhibit D Reclamation Plan (Rule 6.3.4) <br /> 10. If any reclamation is needed, it will be addressed either concurrent with the mining, if possible, <br /> or any other reclamation will be done at the end of the mining operations. <br /> 11. DWR comments have been incorporated into the Reclamation Plan. <br /> 12. There will not be any disturbance to topsoil, overburden, or vegetation in this mining operation. <br /> Therefore,there should be no cost to reclamation. However, Exhibit L has been included to <br /> show, in case of disturbances,the cost for seeding and mobilization for any reclamation. <br /> Exhibit E Maps(Rule 6.3.5) <br /> 13. The Arikaree River has been labeled on the map. <br /> 14. Mining Plan map has been updated to show that mining will occur in an upstream direction. <br /> Exhibit F Other Permits & Licenses (Rule 6.3.6) <br /> 15. A copy of Lincoln County Building Permit has been included. <br /> Other Permits &Licenses (Rule 6.3.6) <br /> 16.
