McCumber: <br /> The Colorado Milling Company, LLC is sending you this Structure Agreement as property <br /> owners with man-made structures located within two-hundred (200) feet of the Gold Hill Mill <br /> Waterline. The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety requires proof that this Structure <br /> Agreement has been sent to you by Certified Mail with a Return Receipt, and that is the purpose <br /> of this letter. <br /> As you both know, the Colorado Milling Company, LLC has filed an Application for an <br /> Amendment to the Gold Hill Mill Limited Impact 110 (2) Permit No. M-1994-117, to add the <br /> previously permitted Left Hand Creek Pump Station, Gold Hill Mill Pipeline, and the Times Mine <br /> adit portal to the affected land boundary of the Gold Hill Mill Permit. You are the owners of record <br /> of the Mammoth Millsite, MS No.17576, located at 4891 Lick Skillet Road, Gold Hill, Colorado <br /> 80455. <br /> We have identified three wooden frame structures on the Mammoth Millsite. They are listed on <br /> the Structure Agreement. If you have any other significant, valuable and permanent man-made <br /> structures located within two-hundred (200) feet of the Gold Hill Mill Waterline,please list them. <br /> This will guarantee you compensation for any damage to your structures during the installation, <br /> operation and maintenance of the Gold Hill Mill Pipeline and the Left Hand Creek Pump Station. <br /> In the event that you do not wish to enter into this Agreement, the Colorado Milling Company, <br /> LLC shall provide an appropriate engineering evaluation that demonstrates that your structures <br /> shall not be damaged by any of the activities occurring at this site. <br /> While we do not believe that our activities will cause any damage to your structures, the Colorado <br /> Milling Company, LLC's representatives will consider any helpful suggestions that you may have <br /> to ensure that these structures are protected from any damages resulting from our activities at this <br /> location. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> 1_ 4t"�� <br /> Mark A.
