It was determined that the <br />mining boundaries didn't match up with the records on file. In addition, it was <br />determined that the maps used for annual reports did not meet minimum DRMS <br />standards. The original Corrective Action due date May 28tH <br />We are currently working on a plan that will correct the boundary lines and combine the <br />three company owned sites (Casey, Chambers & Glen) into one DRMS permitted site <br />and request an acreage reduction on the remaining Yvonne Chambers site.
