a conversion to a Regular(112)Construction
Materials Operation Reclamation Perm it
with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation
Board under the provisions of the Colorado
Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of
Construction Materials.The proposed mine is
known as the Elbert County Pit,and is proposed
to be located on a parcel of land located in the
S1/2 section 27, Township 9 South, Range
64 West, 6th P.M., Elbert'County, State of
Colorado.
The proposed date of commencement is April
25,2019,and the proposed date of completion
is January 1,2039.The proposed future use of
the land is rangeland. Additional information
and tentative decision date may be obtained
from the Division of Reclamation, Mining,
