Our comments are provided in accordance with the Colorado State Register Act (Colorado Revised Statute (CRS) 24- <br /> 80.1). <br /> A search of the Colorado Cultural Resource Inventory database indicated that no cultural resource inventories hake been <br /> conducted in the specific proposed permit area, and no historic properties have been recorded therein.
