3/28 <br /> riverine communities, monitor the river for a period of five years after the completion <br /> of work. The monitoring shall include the success rate of plantings, stability of the <br /> river in relation to the new structures, observation of bank stabilization, and <br /> assessment of fish and other aquatic organism population. By December 1 of each <br /> year you shall submit a report discussing the work that has been completed within the <br /> river and monitoring observation of the items mentioned above. The report can be in <br /> narrative format with photos of problem areas and can be submitted to the Durango <br /> Office via a-mail. <br /> 4) You shall insure that your project does not increase the flood stage or water level <br /> elevation for Wolf Creek or the San Juan River. <br /> 5) The Durango Regulatory Office must be notified of the start and completion dates <br /> for each phase of the work. <br /> 6) As-built plans, as well as pre-and post-construction photographs, must be provided <br /> to the Durango Regulatory Office within 90 days of completion of each phase of the <br /> restoration work. <br /> You must sign and return the enclosed Compliance Certification to this office within <br /> 30 days after completion of the work. <br /> This verification is valid for two years from the date of this letter, or until the <br /> Nationwide Permit is modified or expires, whichever comes first. The Nationwide Permit is <br /> scheduled to expire on March 18, 2007. It is incumbent upon you to remain informed about <br /> changes to the Nationwide Permit Program. <br /> Please refer to identification number 200575221 in correspondence concerning this <br /> project.
