Please coordinate
with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment concerning state water
quality programs.
If you have not already done so, it is recommended you consult with the U.S. Fish
and Wildlife Service and the Colorado Division of Wildlife regarding fish and wildlife
resources. In addition, the Colorado State Historic Preservation Office should be
contacted for information and recommendations on potential cultural resources in the
project area.
Since the proposed project does not appear to be located within Corps owned or
operated lands, your plans should be submitted to the local floodplain administrator for
review and approval prior to construction.
