Each site is subject
to monthly monitoring of water quantity and quality, which includes quarterly water
quality laboratory analysis for an established and permitted analytical suite, to
document baseline conditions over the course of the first year (four quarters) of
monitoring. Subsequent to the initial four quarters of baseline monitoring, data is
interpreted to determine baseline conditions and address the adequacy of monitoring.
This includes identification of outlier data when compared to the collective body of
GCC hydrologic data by type: surface water, groundwater or spring/seep.
Section 2.05.6 has been revised to include a work plan in the event that outlier data is
encountered in the course of normal water sampling. Current section 2.05.6 pages 11
thru 13 have been reformatted, and their page numbers have been updated, to allow
for logical placement in the PAP of the aforementioned work plan.
