Bennett Ave <br /> Cripple Creek, CO 80813 <br /> RE: Permit No.P-2004-015,Providence Mining <br /> Reclamation of the Tenderfoot Hill NOI <br /> Dear Mr. Murphy: <br /> This letter is in regard to the Tenderfoot Hill, Notice of Intent (NOI)No. P-2004-015 located in Teller County, <br /> Colorado. The NOI permit was revoked and the bond money was forfeited in 2017. The Division of <br /> Reclamation, Mining and Safety will do reclamation on the NOI area including a shaft located on the property, <br /> now owned by Newmont Mining. Reclamation to take place in 2019 will include removing mining related <br /> structures, debris and trash, securing mine openings, minor grading and revegetation. <br /> Any items of property(i.e. equipment,machinery, fixtures,debris,etc.)owned by the prior operator,lien holders <br /> landowner, or other interested party must be removed from the site on or before June 1, 2019 or notice must be <br /> given to the Division for other arrangements for removal. Any remaining items will be removed and salvaged <br /> during reclamation of the Tenderfoot Hill NOI by the awarded contractor,unless already specified above.
