{ <br /> • a��f C�4 <br /> STATE OF COLORADO 18716 <br /> COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT <br /> Water Quality Control Division <br /> CDPS GENERAL PERMIT <br /> STORMWATER DISCHARGES ASSOCIATED WITH <br /> CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY <br /> AUTHORIZATION TO DISCHARGE UNDER THE <br /> COLORADO DISCHARGE PERMIT SYSTEM (CDPS) <br /> In compliance with the provisions of the Colorado Water Quality Control Act, (25-8-101 et seq., CRS, 1973 as <br /> amended) and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended (33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq.; the "Act"), this <br /> permit authorizes the discharge of stormwater associated with construction activities (and specific <br /> allowable non-stormwater discharges in accordance with Part I.A.1. of the permit) certified under this <br /> permit, from those locations specified throughout the State of Colorado to specified waters of the State. <br /> Such discharges shall be in accordance with the conditions of this permit. This permit specifically authorizes <br /> the facility listed on the certification to discharge in accordance with permit requirements and conditions <br /> set forth in Parts I and II hereof.
