PART II <br /> Permit No.: COR400000 <br /> retained for at least three years from the date that permit coverage expires or is <br /> terminated. This period may be extended by request of EPA at any time. <br /> 2. On-site Retention <br /> The permittee must retain an electronic version or hardcopy of the SWMP at the <br /> construction site from the date of the initiation of construction activities to the date of <br /> expiration or inactivation of permit coverage; unless another location, specified by the <br /> permittee, is approved by the division. <br /> P. REOPENER CLAUSE <br /> 1. Procedures for modification or revocation <br /> Permit modification or revocation of this permit or coverage under this permit will be <br /> conducted according to Regulation 61.8(8). <br /> 2. Water quality protection <br /> If there is evidence indicating that the stormwater discharges authorized by this permit <br /> cause, have the reasonable potential to cause or contribute to an excursion above any <br /> applicable water quality standard, the permittee may be required to obtain an individual <br /> permit, or the permit may be modified to include different limitations and/or <br /> requirements. <br /> Q. SEVERABILITY <br /> The provisions of this permit are severable. If any provisions or the application of any <br /> provision of this permit to any circumstances, is held invalid, the application of such provision <br /> to other circumstances and the application of the remainder of this permit shall not be <br /> affected. <br /> R. NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS <br /> 1. Notification to Parties <br /> All notification requirements, excluding information submitted using the CEOS portal, <br /> shall be directed as follows: <br /> a.
