(Colowyo). <br /> Therefore, Tri-State on behalf of Colowyo is submitting three(3)copies of minor revision 202(MR-202) <br /> to Permit No.C-1981-019. <br /> MR-202 updates the cumulative bond schedule presented in Exhibit 13C with clean water <br /> diversion CWD-1 (Exhibit 7-23, Figures Al and A2 in in Volume 18B). Tri-State requests that the <br /> Division calculate the increase in the reclamation liability for Exhibit 13C under this submittal. <br /> Also included in this minor revision are a revision application and a change of index sheet to <br /> ease incorporation of this revision into the permit document.
