EXHIBIT L - RECLAMATION COSTS <br /> The information provided in this Exhibit is intended to satisfy the requirements outlined in Section <br /> 6.4.12 of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board Construction Material Rules and <br /> Regulations: <br /> The site would be 100% mined and 100% reclaimed. Mining will be complete for this site with <br /> mining occurring with the final slope (1 H:1 V).
