Frank Ferris of ERMR and Tony Tennyson of Tri-State GT were present for the entire inspection. The <br />weather conditions were clear and warm. The temperature was approximately 70F. The ground conditions were <br />dry. <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS – Rule 5.02.4(1): <br /> All required records were on file and available for review at the mine office. No problems were noted <br />with the records review. Please see the availability of records checklist at the end of this report. <br /> <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; <br />Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br />Drainage – Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> <br />Pond 13 contained water and was discharging. The embankment appeared to be stable. The water in the trench <br />drain was being directed into the east end of Pond 13 through a pipe. <br />Ponds 9, 15 and 16 (photo 1) did not contain water and the embankments appeared to be stable. <br />Ponds 12 (photo 2) and 18 contained water but were not discharging. The embankments appeared to be stable. <br /> <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br /> ERMR was installing and reconfiguring the side roll irrigation systems to accommodate the permit <br />boundary changes that were approved in TR85 in Jan 2019. <br /> <br />REVEGETATION – Rule 4.15 <br />Vegetative Cover; Timing: <br /> The northwest corner of the Morgan property appears to be stable. The rock cage sediment control <br />structure was in good condition (photo 3). <br />The irrigation water in the CCC Ditch had been turned on for the season and arrived at the mine site the morning
