As part of our ongoing <br />negotiations to transfer certain lands and convert the Hayden Gulch Loadout facilities to beneficial alternative <br />postmining uses, our Lands Group has transferred ownership of certain lands and property rights to a common <br />ownership entity. This transfer converts lands and property rights formerly held under Hayden Gulch Terminal, <br />LLC to the ownership of Sage Creek Holdings, LLC. <br />With this revision submittal, we are providing an update of the "List of Addresses" in Appendix 3-2 to include <br />Sage Creek Holdings, LLC; an similar update of the "Surface Owners" information in Appendix 3-3; an update <br />of Exhibit 3-1, the Surface Ownership and Control Map to reflect the change in ownership and to update <br />ownership for a non -adjacent property shown on the map (Brooks to Hayden Arena Potential Enterprises, LLC); <br />and a copy of the Quitclaim Deed transferring ownership for inclusion in Appendix 3-4. As a relatively straight- <br />forward change, we anticipate that this revision application can be processed fairly quickly and look forward to <br />working with you to facilitate timely review and approval.
