As part of our ongoing negotiations to transfer certain lands and convert the Hayden Gulch Loadout facilities to beneficial alternative postmining uses, our Lands Group has transferred ownership of certain lands and property rights to a common ownership entity. This transfer converts lands and property rights formerly held under Hayden Gulch Terminal, LLC to the ownership of Sage Creek Holdings, LLC. With this revision submittal, we are providing an update of the "List of Addresses" in Appendix 3-2 to include Sage Creek Holdings, LLC; an similar update of the "Surface Owners" information in Appendix 3-3; an update of Exhibit 3-1, the Surface Ownership and Control Map to reflect the change in ownership and to update ownership for a non -adjacent property shown on the map (Brooks to Hayden Arena Potential Enterprises, LLC); and a copy of the Quitclaim Deed transferring ownership for inclusion in Appendix 3-4.
