The first quarter Sediment Pond Inspection report was received by the <br />Division on 1 April 2019. <br />This report appears to be in compliance with the applicable sections of Rule 4.05.9. The <br />inspection took place on 25 February 2019. It appears to DRMS that ponds Horse (60%), and <br />Deal #1 (55%) be considered for pond cleaning in the near future. Discharging ponds <br />comprised: <br />o No Name #2, #4, <br />#6 <br />o Johnson #6, #7R, #8R, #9R, <br />#10R <br />o East Pyeatt #1, <br />#2, #3 <br />discharging at a rate of less than 1 cubic foot/second.
