NEWMONT
GOLDCORP
As reported on March 25, 2019, CC&V collected first quarter compliance groundwater samples
from monitoring well GVMW-22A on March 6, 2019. CC&V received the lab report for these
analyses on March 22, 2019, and upon review, determined that GVMW-22A exceeded
established numeric protection limits for fluoride. Table 4 below lists the exceedance for the
location and the associated parameter.
Table 4.
Location Sample Date Parameter Value NPL(mg/L) Table Standard
(mg/L) (mg/L)
GVMW-22A 3/6/2019 Fluoride 2.05 2.00 2.00
As reported on April 10, 2019, CC&V collected first quarter compliance groundwater samples
from monitoring well ESPMW-1 on March 25, 2019. CC&V received the lab report for these
analyses on April 9, 2019, and upon review, determined that ESPMW-1 exceeded established
numeric protection limits for pH.
