The updated mining plan is attached for review. Structure agreements are also attached for the <br /> stock pond,fence and county road. The blasting plan has been updated to show the 2,000 feet area. <br /> Regarding item 9, Fremont Paving and Redi Mix commits to salvaging 5 to 8 inches of topsoil for <br /> reclamation. <br /> In response to item 10, Fremont Paving and Redi Mix commits to conducting blasting in such a manner <br /> as to not exceed the reference standards. <br /> To respond to the reclamation plan items, the plan has been updated with the topsoil requirement and <br /> is attached for review. Reclamation will occur following the completion of mining of the entire site. The <br /> reclamation plan has also been updated to indicate that water will be directed to the base of the pit. <br /> Item 14 is not applicable, as the flow will be directed towards the base of the pit. <br /> In response to item 16, the well map is enclosed for review. A legible copy of the soils map is also <br /> enclosed for review. <br /> Regarding item 19,the carrying capacity of the site is currently one head of cattle for every 30 acres. <br /> The vegetation information has been updated with this information. <br /> A copy of the climate information for Kim, Colorado is attached for review. <br /> Fremont Paving and Redi Mix reviewed the reclamation costs outlined in item 22 and concur with the <br /> findings. <br /> ASPHALT CONCRETE SAND & GRAVEL <br /> Equal Opportunity Employer <br />
