The light use road was reclaimed in <br />2006. <br />(iii) A description of measures to be taken by the applicant for <br />alteration or relocation of a natural drainage way under 4.03.1(4)(a)(i), <br />4.03.2(4)(a)(i), or 4.03.3(4)(d). The natural drainage channel of McClane <br />Creek has been altered by the construction of haul road # 1 and the portal <br />facilities. The channel was not blocked. Culverts were placed under the <br />haul road and portal facilities to convey undisturbed drainage under the <br />disturbed areas so no significant damage occurred to the hydrological <br />balance. There were no adverse impacts on adjoining landowners since <br />there are no adjoining landowners. <br />(iv) The inlet end of all culverts and ditch relief drains will be protected by an end <br />section or a rock or concrete headwall as required by DRMS. <br />(v) Not applicable. The applicant will not conduct surface mining activities within <br />100 feet of the right-of-way line of any public road, except where the mine <br />haul road joins that right-of-way. <br />(vi) No stream fords are proposed for use as temporary construction routes. <br />(vii) The plans and drawings for the access roads and haul roads were prepared <br />under the direction of a professional engineer(s). <br />PR -02 2.05-17- 10/12 <br />
