<br /> right of discovery and location, 1,500 linear feet and horizontal measurement on the Robert Michael#1, lode,
<br /> vein, ledge, pegmatite,placer or deposit, along with the vein thereof, with all its dips, angles, and variations, as
<br /> allowed by Iaw, together with 296 feet on the Northerly side, and 296 feet on the Southerly side of the middle of
<br /> said vein, at the surface, so far as can be determined from present developments, and all veins,pegmatites,
<br /> lodes, ledges, placer, or deposits, and surface ground within the lines of said claim, 775 feet running Easterly to
<br /> the Point of Discovery monument and 775 feet running westerly from the Point of Discovery monument, said
<br /> discovery monument being situated upon said lode, vein, ledge, pegmatite, or deposit, and within the lines of
<br /> said claim in the Herring Park mining District, County of Park, State of Colorado, described by metes and
