EXHIBIT C
Mining Plan
(a.) Mining will commence April 2019 and continue till no more sand is needed 2045 possible.
(b.)There is no salvageable material to remove or to stock pile.Sand source is on top in creek.
(c.) No overburden
(d.)The deposit thickness varies of thickness most does not exceed 6 ft.
(e.)There is no major components of the mining operations such as office, shop, buildings.
Haul road is an existing road the owner uses to check on his livestock. There is an old
road there that has been used and is sufficient for this operation. This is a very low
production operation. On average there will be 1.5 loads per week to be hauled away from
site.
(f.)There should be no major disturbances to the land.We are removing the sand from the creek.
There will be no stockpiles, material will be directly loaded into equipment and hauled off.
We do not want the sand contaminated with clay or dirt so we will be staying above the
bottom of the creek and away from the sides of the creek. The side slope should only be a
couple feet deep and the sand slope should be a 3 to 1 at least. Head cutting will be prevented
by staying away from creek sides will keep mining inside on the side boundaries and markers
will be in place to mark the end boundaries to keep mining contained in boundaries.
(g.)The existing roads are 15 feet wide and they will be used for truck traffic. No improvements
Are necessary. There will be runoff from area.
(h.) No water is need for this operation.
(i)No.ground water will be incurred.Surface water will flow through the pit area. This is expected.
Mining operation will try to be conducted in off flood season. If water is encountered we will
Cover exposed water with 2 feet of sand and raise our mining up 2 feet to keep water covered.
