This has been <br /> corrected. <br /> 8.0 Certification—As a limited liability corporation,there is no corporate seal. <br /> 9.0 Item(e)—A signed statement from the landowner has been included to show that the current road <br /> is sufficient for the mining operation and there would not be a need for maintenance or upgrades <br /> due to the size of the mining operation. <br /> Item (f)—This has been updated to show that there will be no stockpiles at the site. The material <br /> will be loaded directly into the equipment and immediately hauled off.
