Kevin Copeland, <br />Williams Fork representative was present throughout the inspection. Demolition of t he site continues with <br />materials disposal and reclamation activities progressing in a timely fashion. Although snow covered at the time <br />of inspection, main haul roads appeared in good repair, no hydrologic or air quality issues were detect ed. Portions <br />of the site were inaccessible at the time of inspection due to snow covered and muddy roads. <br /> <br />The waste pond reclamation is complete as are the treatment ponds. All ponds will be held until phase II has been <br />achieved. Cover had been partia lly spread over waste pile area with completion occurring in spring achieving the <br />required four feet of cover, topsoiling will follow. <br /> <br />UPCOMING PERMITTING ACTIONS: <br />o Phase I, II and III bond release of Utah Track and the Williams Fork strip pit received January <br />2019as SL4. <br />o Minor Revision for parcel transfer <br />o Possible Land Use Change from rangeland/crop to industrial. <br /> <br />MAINTENANCE ITEMS: <br />None identified at the time of this inspection. <br /> <br />INSPECTION: <br /> <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br />Reclamation is underway as permitted, with many of the facilities alr eady demolished. Work has been <br />ongoing at the shop area where the steel infrastructure has been demolished. Equipment was operating <br />there. Cell ponds for treatment were reclaimed and may be slated for a change of land use designation. <br />Please assure that all contractors are aware of the Stream Buffer Zone designation and location. <br /> <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS Rule 4.02 <br />o Topsoil stockpiles were noted and appeared stable at time of inspection . <br />
