The main haul roads was <br />passable only to Pond #6. The remainder of the site was inaccessible at the time of inspection due to <br />considerable winter snow accumulation. <br /> <br />MAINTENAN CE ITEMS: <br />1. Maintenance issues described in the November 2018 inspection were not yet possible to inspect. <br /> <br />INSPECTION: <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br />With the exception of access up to Pond #6, main haul roads and acce ss roads were inaccessible due to <br />winter snow accumulation. Records were checked, see notes below. <br /> <br />SIG NS and M AR KE R S – Rule 4 .0 2 <br />o The mine site identification sign observed at the entrance appeared intact, displayin g all required <br />information: <br />mine name, operator name, address, phone number, DRMS permit number and contact <br />information. <br /> <br />ROADS Rule 4.03 <br />Construction 4.03.1(3), 4.03.2(3); Drainage 4.03.1(4), 4.03.2(4); Surfacing and Maintenance <br />4.03.1(5) and (6) 4.03.2(5) and (6). <br />o Roads past Pond #6 were inaccessible due to snow accumulation. <br />o No evidence of offsite impacts were observed. <br /> <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE – Rule 4.05 <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge <br />Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; Di versions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water
