The current substitute water supply plan issued to Deep Cut, LLC., is set to expire <br /> on July 31, 2019 and in order to continue to operate the pit a new approved SWSP will be <br /> required. Furthermore, the applicant has submitted a well permit application with receipt no. <br /> 3686392, the application is pending evaluation by this office.
