WILLIAMS FORK MINING COMPANY <br /> SAND AND GRAVEL SITE <br /> Exhibit H ..........Wildlife Information <br /> 1.0 Wildlife <br /> The Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife(CPW)and Williams Fork Mining Company <br /> completed a review of wildlife issues relating to the proposed sand and gravel operation. An <br /> assessment of potential impacts and suggested mitigation is presented in Exhibit H, Attachment <br /> 1. An additional letter from CPW, dated March 16, 1998, was added to Exhibit H with TR-06. <br /> During mining and reclamation caution will be taken to insure the safety and protection of wildlife. <br /> The site will be monitored to accomplish this objective. Further, according to the CPW assess- <br /> ment, "minimal impact to important wildlife species" is expected for the proposed activities. <br /> Selection of perennial plant species for re-establishment will be those most likely to provide cover <br /> and quality forage to both game and non-game species (Table E-1).
