Consequently, DOE has <br /> remedied the only lingering problem noted in CEC //, and is entitled to have the <br /> injunction dissolved. <br /> IV. CONCLUSION <br /> For the reasons set forth above, the Court ORDERS as follows: <br /> 1. Defendants' Motion to Dissolve the Injunction (ECF No. 160) is GRANTED; <br /> 2. The Court's injunction entered October 18, 2011 (ECF No. 94, as modified by <br /> ECF No. 102) is DISSOLVED; <br /> 3. The Clerk shall enter judgment in favor of Defendants and against Plaintiffs, and <br /> shall terminate this action; and <br /> 4.
